Registration for the KC Slimdown has begun. Please ensure that you sign up and join team UMKC and if you plan to, join/create your community team.

Please bring your Cerner ID Card (See attached) & a Photo ID to weigh-ins

Weigh-in instructions can be found on our website.  If you are not able to make it to an official UMKC weigh-in, but would still like to participate in the KC Slimdown Challenge, please visit a KC Metro area YMCA with your Cerner Health Card between now and July 24^th.
