Alison Kramer joined the UMKC Swinney Recreation Center in October 2009 as the Wellness Coordinator. Prior to joining the UMKC staff, she worked at a corporate fitness center and at a local community center teaching aerobics classes and doing personal training. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Fitness in Preventive and Rehabilitative Programs at Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. She has her personal trainer and group exercise instructor certifications from the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
